Our Equality Plan is designed to ensure effective equality between women and men across all areas of the organization. It includes specific actions to close gender gaps, promote work-life balance, and prevent all forms of harassment or discrimination.
This plan was developed in collaboration with employee representatives and is continuously reviewed to adapt to the evolving needs of our team and the regulatory framework.
